The New CKM***6 Single Column Vertical Type Turning and grinding Combination Lathe is a kind of high tech mechanics electronics integrated CNC lathe which is produced according to the most advanced lathe design and manufacturing technology in domestic and overseas and carried out the newest national GB accuracy standard. The product is manufactured by a host of international advanced instrumentalities and covers many feature disciplines such as implementing heavy cutting in structure, precision grinding, high rigidity of static and dynamic machine tools, reliability and safety of all movements, long life and high efficiency.

Primary transmission mechanism and work table spindle bearings are oil lubricated. Feeding box adopted AC servo motor, so regardless of fast moving or selection on feeding direction are all operated in station, by selecting switches on the operation station to achieve relaxing the beam,clipping tight and rotating the work table.The horizontal movement of the knife tools holder and vertical movement of the sliding pillow can be manipulated by the hand wheel to achieve slightly feeding and alignment tools.

Weight of vertical tool rest ram is balanced by hydraulic balancing oil cylinder to reach closer upper and lower moving power.

Beam is firmly clamped upright of column to ensure sufficient rigidity of cutting process through beam lever by hydraulic cylinder. Pressing beam elevating on the station and changing oil feeding direction by electromagnetic valve to achieve relaxing beam and lifting rotation under help of motor.

This machine tool is suitable for high speed steel tools, carbide tools and ceramic tools, rough and finish machining on ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal and some kinds of non-metallic parts, completion of turning and grinding work on cylindrical, conical and flat, rough and finish machining of inside and outside.
